We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, then produce a detailed scope document and timeline. Development runs in 2-week agile sprints with live demos every fortnight. You always know exactly what's being built and when it will be ready.

You do. 100%. All source code, designs, documentation, and intellectual property transfer fully to you on final payment. We retain no rights whatsoever. This is written explicitly into every contract we sign.

Both. For well-defined scopes we prefer fixed-price contracts — they give you budget certainty. For evolving products or long-term engagements, time-and-materials (with monthly caps) gives you the flexibility to adapt as you learn.

We typically work on projects with a minimum budget of $10,000 USD. This ensures we can allocate the right resources and give your project the attention it deserves. For smaller scopes, we're happy to suggest phased approaches or MVPs.

We have offices in Pune (IST), London (GMT), and San Francisco (PST) — meaning we cover every major time zone. We schedule daily standups at overlap hours and ensure a dedicated point of contact is reachable during your business hours.

Yes. We offer flexible support retainers ranging from 10 to 80 hours per month, covering bug fixes, feature enhancements, security patches, and infrastructure monitoring. SLA-backed plans are available for mission-critical systems.
